Kafr El Sheikh National Museum is one of the most important national projects in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, which is scheduled to open on Tuesday 29 September, in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, as part of an inspection program for a group of important projects in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate.

The Kafr El Sheikh National Museum is one of the oldest Egyptian museums and includes a large collection of antiquities dating back to the Pharaonic, Roman, Islamic and Byzantine eras.

The museum was established on an area of ​​6,760 meters, and includes sections for museum display, and three different exhibition halls, including the "Poteaux Hall", which contains the results of archaeological discoveries from different eras.

In the museum there is a statue from the Greco-Roman era, a statue of King Ramses II with the goddess Sekhmet, and another statue of a priest dating back to the age of the family of 26, and people with special needs were also taken care of, so braille cards and visiting paths were placed that meet their needs
